ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Teacher to join their award-winning Alternative Education team for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role is for an Alternative Education Program serving Grades 6-12. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering students with diverse learning needs, thrives in a collaborative and dynamic educational environment, and brings creativity, patience, a solution-focused mindset, a sense of humor, and an unwavering commitment to student growth. The Teacher is responsible for increasing student achievement by implementing instructional practices and strategies aligned with ChanceLight’s mission and policies. This involves delivering impactful instruction, leveraging innovative curriculum resources, utilizing educational software, and designing purposeful lesson plans and schedules tailored to the diverse physical, emotional, and academic needs of every student, while maintaining compliance with state and school standards.
