This position assists the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing center activities, carrying out lesson plans, and conducting parent-teacher conferences. It incorporates education, disability, health, mental health, family, and attendance component plans. The role also assists with screenings, assessments, and reports, and manages large and small groups of children. A key responsibility is serving a six-week cycle menu and meeting state and Head Start safety and sanitation requirements.
