About The Position

Does making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families matter to you? Do you have teaching experience or experience working with students ages 5-12? If so, we want to hear from you! At Club K After School Zone, we strive to make a positive difference in our students’ lives every single day. Our organization is seeking an energetic, and dedicated Teacher/Program Leader to help us lead program activities and provide an enriching after-school experience for our K-5th grade students. As a Club K Program Leader, you will organize and lead daily activities that are both educational and exciting.

Requirements

• Experience teaching school age children (K-5th)
• Experience working or volunteering in a licensed childcare facility with ages 5-12
• Completed teacher-qualifying certification(s) + trainings
• Any degree in the education field or 2 years of college-level courses
• An equivalent combination of childcare job experience and education
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Food Handler’s Certification
• Enrollment in the Oregon Central Background Registry (CBR)
