This role provides deep technical subject matter expertise and operational process support as a key resource for the Global Operations and Business Services function. The analyst will identify, document, and investigate processes and exceptions, lead small-scale initiatives as a project lead/subject matter expert, and act as a coordinator for key initiatives. The position involves communicating project status, escalating issues, and contributing to the development and implementation of new products, workflows, and operational efficiencies. A key responsibility is providing accurate analysis of process drivers, root causes of operational issues, and making recommendations. The role also involves managing relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, and collaborating with internal bank partners to meet client needs.
