Johnson & Johnson is seeking motivated and meticulous undergraduate and graduate students for its 2027 Spring Technology and Digital Quality (T&DQ) Co-op program. The position provides hands-on experience analyzing business processes and data, supporting decision-making, assessing business challenges, recommending improvements, and contributing to data-driven strategies across T&DQ functions. The co-op works under a hybrid model, with three days per week onsite and two days remote; the schedule is confirmed with the manager closer to the start date. The role is based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, or Raritan, New Jersey. Co-op assignments may include analyzing end-to-end processes and translating requirements into digital product user stories; preparing data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets; conducting statistical analysis and data mining; and creating reports, visualizations, and dashboards. The co-op may also develop automated data workflows, support validation of AI and digital technology solutions in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards, and help analyze information and develop recommendations for leadership. The role involves collaborating with functions such as QA-Ops, JJRC, finance, and operations, and documenting methods, processes, and results. Participants also gain industry exposure through conversations with senior leaders and shadowing T&DQ personnel, develop their skills through workshops and networking events, present their learning to leadership, and may take part in community activities. Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without present or future sponsorship, be enrolled at an accredited college or university during the co-op, meet the stated student standing and GPA requirements, and be available to work 40 hours per week for the full term.
