About The Position

Temporary hire supporting DR#465-26. Position is Work from Home. This role involves performing activities related to the implementation, evaluation, design, and management of a program or service. It includes administrative, fiscal, and inventory duties to support program operations. The position requires monitoring program activities, developing status reports, collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and administering processes within the assigned program area. Recommendations for revisions to improve established procedures will be made. The role may also support funding and proposal initiatives and develop professional relationships with key internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of program or service and ability in creating presentations and developing training modules.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on a team.
  • Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
