The Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP) Coordinator, based in Rutherford & Cannon Counties, TN, is responsible for building a strong evidence-informed and trauma-informed practice. This role assists, supports, and advocates for non-custodial parents involved with the child support system. The Coordinator helps non-custodial parents overcome barriers to employment to achieve stability, obtain employment, pay child support, become self-sufficient, and actively participate in their children's lives. The role involves fostering trust and communication between non-custodial parents and the systems they interact with, as well as with children and custodial parents when appropriate. Additionally, the Coordinator connects non-custodial parents with formal and informal community-based resources and conducts outreach and education to parents and the wider community. This is a grant-funded position contingent upon continued grant funding.
