About The Position

The TC Cell Lead Operator 2nd will assist the Process Technician with machine setups, changeovers, autonomous maintenance, and tuning. This role involves operating machines to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), diagnosing and repairing hard metal handling and basic welding issues, and training new operators. The position also includes changing electrodes and grinding wheels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Process Technician with Setups, Changeovers, defined Autonomous Maintenance and tuning of the machines.
• Operate machines when required to ensure KPIs are met.
• Diagnose and repair of Hard metal handling issues.
• Diagnose and repair basic welding issues.
• Assist Technician with Set Ups and Changeovers.
• Train new operators.
• Assist operators as needed.
• Change Electrodes.
• Change Grinding wheels.
