About The Position

This position provides specialized event transportation support and coordination for student activities off-campus. The role involves driving college vehicles, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with office guidelines for off-campus events. Additionally, the position may require photography, file management, and on-demand logistics support for selected trips. The student employee will also supervise peer students' activities and attend necessary meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• College Certified Driver
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to safely perform the physical work required of all duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and provide transportation support for student activities off-campus
• Drive college vehicles (if authorized as certified driver)
• Take photographs and manage files when needed
• Monitor compliance of office guidelines for off-campus activities
• Provide logistics support on demand for selected trips
• Attend meetings and training sessions if needed
