Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience with youth.
- Knowledge of child welfare or developmental disabilities services.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance.
- A valid Arizona Driver’s License.
- Business-use vehicle insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the behavioral health field.
- Bilingualism.
Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one support to youth aged 13 to 25, especially those in foster care, DDD, and Title 19 programs.
- Helping with essential life skills like budgeting and job readiness.
- Collaborating with community partners.
- Conducting assessments.
- Leading workshops.
