About The Position

Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate with at least five years of experience to join the Tax, Trusts & Estates Division in our Minneapolis office. Stinson's Tax, Trusts & Estates attorneys represent individuals, executives, families, closely held businesses, charitable organizations, and individual and corporate fiduciaries. We are dedicated to helping high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries navigate the complexities of wealth preservation and transfer. We design and implement sophisticated, highly customized estate and gift planning strategies that align with each client's unique personal, financial, and philanthropic objectives — all with a keen focus on maximizing tax efficiency.

Requirements

• Licensed in Minnesota or eligible to waive in.
• At least five years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Strong interest in drafting.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with different teams and timelines.
• Must provide a resume, cover letter, unofficial law school transcript, and a writing sample.
• Must provide documentation showing legal authorization to work in the United States.
