About The Position
Arch’s internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry. It provides challenging learning experiences that serve as a foundation for interns to explore their career choices and to develop professional skills. Working alongside some of the most talented members of the specialty insurance industry, interns will gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field, participate in learning activities and receive ongoing feedback.
Requirements
- Actively completing graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related program.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
- College level – Sophomore, Junior or Senior student with graduation dates between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
- Team player who collaborates effectively.
- Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in corporate income tax and technology preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the upkeep, testing, and documentation of tax technology applications, databases, and reporting tools.
- Support data validation, data uploads, and reconciliation processes used in tax provision and compliance workflows.
- Review workpapers and source data used in federal and state income tax compliance processes.
- Assist with maintaining tax process documentation, internal controls, and audit support materials.
