Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Professional communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Supervisors to ensure client compliance with tax regulations while minimizing tax burdens.
• Preparing required tax filings and documentation, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collecting and communicating all necessary data for accurate tax return preparation.
• Utilizing cutting-edge compliance software to streamline the tax preparation process.
• Assisting with tax consulting, recommending efficient methods to maximize client benefits and minimize taxes.
• Applying your expertise in home state tax structures and filing requirements.
• Drafting clear and concise memos and correspondence.
• Identifying potential tax issues or opportunities during the tax compliance process.
