About The Position

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced tax professionals based in the EU or UK to elevate the depth, accuracy, and real-world relevance of AI-powered tax solutions. In simple terms: You will review and improve AI-generated tax content, making sure it mirrors authentic tax logic, up-to-date technical knowledge, and practical solutions. Instead of traditional client advisory, you’ll use your expertise to help AI systems deeply understand and reason through complex tax issues at scale.

Requirements

A senior tax consultant, manager, or specialist such as a Tax Advisor, Tax Manager, or Tax Director
Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
Several years of hands-on experience in tax structuring, compliance, planning, or regulatory work
Strong ability to review, assess, and improve tax reasoning, recognizing technical flaws and practical limitations
Comfortable working independently and providing clear, structured feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate or near-term availability

Excels at identifying reasoning gaps and understands the real-world intricacies of tax strategy and compliance

Responsibilities

Review and refine AI-generated outputs on tax topics including tax compliance, structuring, risk assessment, and practical tax advisory scenarios
Evaluate AI content for technical accuracy, commercial realism, and practical application
Draft realistic tax scenarios and case studies that reflect your direct experience with tax planning and management
Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives (e.g. tax advisor, CFO, auditor, regulatory authority)
Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or impractical elements in AI-generated tax content
