About The Position

If you’re looking to kick-start your career in sales, ATBS is looking for an energetic and ambitious Tax Solutions Specialist to join our Inside Sales team! The ideal candidate enjoys working in an upbeat, positive atmosphere with a close-knit team. As a Tax Solutions Specialist, you play a key role in reconnecting with prospective clients who have expressed interest in ATBS services but have not yet moved forward. You are responsible for following up on previously quoted one-time tax products, helping clients understand their options, and guiding them toward the right solution for their unique situation. ATBS has an array of service offerings and this position is integral in helping build relationships with clients and be sure they understand the value ATBS can add to their lives. This role focuses on selling tax returns, tax resolution services, LLC formations, payroll, and related one-time product offerings. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience interacting with clients/customers over the phone
• 150+ outbound calls every day
• Lead lists provided
• Very self driven role

Nice To Haves

• College Degree Preferred
• Proficient in speaking Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly educate potential clients on the value of ATBS' one-time product offerings
• Effectively answer questions and help guide clients to the solution that works best for them
• Initiate a high volume of outbound phone calls and follow up emails to actively connect with prospects and clients
• Help us define and improve best practices for the role
• Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS
