About The Position

The Foundry is a New York-based team of entrepreneurs, product managers, operators, and strategists who have a proven track record of turning ideas into successful new growth businesses. In April 2016, EY acquired this team out of Highnote Foundry, a venture capital and venture services firm, in order to build and launch new businesses for EY Americas Tax. EY Americas Tax is a leader in corporate tax services and is aggressively pursuing innovation to define the tax function of the future for the world’s largest multi-national corporations. As a Strategy Senior, you will be part of Foundry strategy teams tasked with evaluating and pursuing new growth and margin opportunities across EY’s Tax business.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree from a top tier university, graduate degree preferred.
3+ years of professional experience in management consulting or corporate strategy; experience in new product or venture delivery a plus.
Ability to structure problems, conduct analyses, and articulate recommendations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Impeccable oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills.
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
