Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of relevant tax experience within a public accounting firm
• Preparation experience in 1040, 1120S, and 1065.
• Systems we use: CCH Axcess, CaseWare, Workstream, Lacerte
• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of accounting is required.
• Participates in career development programs to improve supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in 1041, 1120, and 709.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• CPA license, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and filing basic to advanced-level Federal and State tax returns in a timely manner.
• Maintain open communication with internal Supervisors, Managers, and Principals to ensure quality assurance and workflows are continuing in an organized, efficient and professional manner.
• Assist in all phases of engagement.
