Requirements

• CPA license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience, with expertise in private equity, international tax, and real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong technical and communication skills, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Prepare complex client work, delegating entry-level tasks to staff accountants.
• Manage client engagements, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Supervise engagement teams, including staff accountants and interns.
• Identify tax issues, propose solutions, and research technical matters.
• Respond to state and federal tax authorities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coach junior team members and train others on firm software.
