About The Position
Our Houston-based firm is looking for a Tax Senior Manager to join our Private Client Services team. This is your chance to become a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and their flow-through entities — delivering strategic tax planning, compliance, and wealth preservation guidance.
Requirements
- CPA or JD (MST or LLM a plus)
- 8+ years in private client or public accounting
- Deep expertise in flow-through taxation and wealth transfer
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
- Lead complex tax engagements for HNW families and their partnerships, S corps, and trusts
- Deliver proactive planning around estate, gift, and charitable strategies
