About The Position

This role involves leading and managing complex real estate tax compliance and consulting engagements. The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance on tax strategies and industry trends. They will also mentor and develop team members, collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions, and drive business growth through identifying opportunities and participating in networking and industry events. Utilization of tax technology tools to enhance efficiency and client service is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA required; MST or JD/LLM preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting.
• Expertise in real estate and partnership taxation.
• Proven leadership skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
