Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA or EA license
- At least 8 years of experience working with technology companies (start-ups and mature entities with multi state and multinational operations)
- Federal income experience in income tax provisions, stock options, start-up costs, research & development credits and equity funding
- People skills
