About The Position

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join its Private Client Services (PCS) team. The role supports family-owned and closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals with tax compliance, consulting, and tax-planning services. The successful candidate will thrive in a growing environment and provide clients with exceptional service while working as part of an integrated team. The position also includes helping train and mentor Interns and Associates. The PCS team serves clients across varied industries and works to understand their business operations and personal circumstances so it can provide both solutions to current problems and proactive guidance for the future. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
At least 4 years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting, or a mix of public- and private-sector experience.
Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and/or entities.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Taxation or a relevant field.
CPA, progress toward CPA completion, or IRS Enrolled Agent certification.
Experience using ProSystems FX, CCH Engagement, XCM, or similar tax software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, plan, and supervise multiple engagements involving consulting, compliance, and tax-planning services.
Prepare federal, state, multistate, and international income tax returns.
Conduct research and planning in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Respond appropriately to IRS and state tax notices.
Communicate with clients as directed by the Manager.
Work as part of an integrated team.
Assist with training and mentoring Interns and Associates.
