In this role, the individual will prepare, supervise, and review various tax engagements, partner with clients to offer customized tax advisory services, and collaborate with the tax team on complex tax issues. The position also emphasizes engagement management, operational excellence, and developing team members. The role provides opportunities for expanded technical and professional knowledge through client interactions, self-study, and training.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Active CPA license (or EA for Tax positions) or eligible to sit for CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement.
At least 2 years' experience as an associate in public accounting.

Responsibilities

Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services.

Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
Expand technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
