About The Position

As a Senior Manager at Avior Tax & Accounting, you’ll be a trusted tax advisor and a collaborative leader. You will combine strong technical expertise with relational intelligence to help clients make confident financial decisions that align with their broader goals. You’ll go beyond tax compliance to engage in tax advisory and strategic planning in partnership with Avior’s in-house wealth professionals—providing clients with comprehensive, forward-thinking financial guidance. You’ll also mentor emerging professionals, share knowledge generously, and model the servant-leadership that defines Avior. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field strongly preferred; master’s degree in accounting or taxation a plus, CPA or EA certification typically required.
8+ years of progressive public accounting experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
Advanced expertise in individual and passthrough entity taxation and planning.
Strong understanding of GAAP, federal, and multi-state tax regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to translate complex issues into client clarity.
Proven experience managing projects, client relationships, and mentoring team members.
Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.

Prefer proficiency with CCH Axcess, Engagement, and related tax software.
