Requirements

Detail-oriented, calm, and adaptable professional who excels in a virtual work environment.
Seasoned tax preparer with a strong background in client-focused service and a passion for helping businesses grow.
Strong experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, and the Microsoft Suite.
Prior experience in tax preparation, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong initial relationship.
Work closely with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting and seamless tax preparation.
