About The Position

The Bonadio Group is currently seeking experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Albany office between January 2027 and April 2027. This role involves preparing individual income tax returns for a diverse range of issues, requiring an understanding of current tax trends and adherence to professional standards and client confidentiality. The position demands the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and to client satisfaction, while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• At least three years experience in client tax preparation
• Proficiency in ProSystem FX tax software

Responsibilities

• Prepare concise individual income tax returns
• Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trends
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
• Handle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction
• Deliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
