Seasonal Tax Preparer
About The Position
The Bonadio Group is currently seeking experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Buffalo office between January 2027 and April 2027. This role involves preparing concise individual income tax returns and addressing issues of diverse scope that require evaluation of various factors, including current tax trends. The position demands adherence to the highest professional standards, strict client confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering projects on time and to client satisfaction. A key aspect of this role is delivering quality client service and value, and establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- At least three years experience in client tax preparation
- Proficiency in ProSystem FX tax software
Responsibilities
- Prepare concise individual income tax returns
- Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trends
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
- Handle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction
- Deliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
