Requirements

• Multiple years of tax preparation experience required
• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• CPA designation advantageous but not required
