Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing income tax returns for individuals and businesses
Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy in tax filings
Identifying tax-saving opportunities and advising clients on tax strategies
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Working with other departments to address client needs and provide comprehensive services
Addressing and resolving client and departmental tax-related issues
Managing workflow and maintaining clear lines of communication with supervisors, team members, and other departments
Providing exceptional customer service and treating individuals with respect
Ensuring the completion of accurate client tax returns on time
Solving problems and bringing solutions to the table
Continually working to grow professionally as a tax professional
Helping your fellow team members grow in the same manner
