Requirements
- 5+ years of public accounting experience, including tax planning and review
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license
- Experience with corporate, individual, and partnership taxation
- Strong communicator with proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and manage competing priorities with confidence
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals, providing meaningful feedback and supporting career growth
- Plan, supervise, and deliver multiple tax engagements across a diverse client base
- Prepare, review, and plan federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Research complex tax issues and provide clear, practical guidance to clients and team members
- Build strong internal partnerships and trusted client relationships
- Collaborate with other managers and partners to drive quality, consistency, and innovation
- Contribute broadly to the firm as a leader and problem-solver
