This leadership role is responsible for managing tax engagements, leading client relationships, and developing staff while supporting the firm’s growth and commitment to excellence. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting
- 6+ years of public accounting experience
- Active CPA license
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills
- Leadership experience
- Advanced technical tax knowledge
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Lacerte, CCH, QuickBooks, Adobe, or Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Lead tax engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- Review complex individual, trust, estate, partnership, S‑corp, and C‑corp returns
- Research technical tax issues and provide strategic recommendations
- Mentor and develop staff in a collaborative, supportive environment
- Identify opportunities to enhance client service and firm growth
