Requirements

CPA required.
Approximately 5–8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local taxation.
Experience managing corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax engagements.
Proven ability to coach and develop professionals.
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
Desire to participate in practice growth and leadership.
Commitment to continuous learning and embracing emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tax tools.

Responsibilities

Lead Complex Client Engagements - Manage corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax engagements from planning through delivery while ensuring technical excellence, exceptional client service, and profitable execution.
Develop High-Performing Teams - Coach, mentor, and develop Senior Associates, Staff, and Interns while fostering a collaborative environment built on accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.
Become a Trusted Advisor - Help business owners navigate complex tax and financial decisions by providing proactive planning, practical recommendations, and long-term strategic guidance.
Strengthen the Practice - Improve engagement profitability, identify new business opportunities, support firm initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of a nationally respected accounting and advisory practice.
