Requirements

Have 5+ years of public accounting experience, including tax planning and review
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA license
Bring experience with corporate, individual, and partnership taxation
Are a strong communicator with proven leadership and mentoring skills
Thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence
Are committed to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals, providing meaningful feedback and supporting career growth
Plan, supervise, and deliver multiple tax engagements across a diverse client base
Prepare, review, and plan federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
Research complex tax issues and provide clear, practical guidance to clients and team members
Build strong internal partnerships and trusted client relationships
Collaborate with other managers and partners to drive quality, consistency, and innovation
Contribute broadly to the firm as a leader and problem-solver
