Requirements
- Active CPA license or EA or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with emphasis on tax.
- Advanced tax planning and advisory experience.
- Leadership ability and team collaboration skills
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and accountable
Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and/or review of tax returns
- Conduct advanced tax research and planning
- Advise clients on business strategies, budgets, and cash flow projections
- Deliver financial statement presentations
- Cultivate client relationships and identify new opportunities
- Actively contribute to the firm's visibility and reputation
- Support firm administration and strategic initiatives
- Implement and enhance accounting technology solutions
- Mentor junior staff
- Maintain professional development through CPE
