About The Position

BJM Group is seeking an experienced CPA to lead their Augusta, GA office. This is a unique opportunity to guide a talented team, shape client experiences, and drive growth in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coaching, hiring and inspiring the team, strengthening current client relationships and building new ones, and implementing strategies to drive performance, revenue, and review.

Requirements

• 5+ years of public accounting management experience.
• Active CPA Certification required.
• Ability to be onsite leading the team.
• Ability to network and build clientele.
• Excellent leadership, client service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Augusta office.
• Coach, hire, and inspire the team.
• Strengthen current client relationships and build new ones.
• Implement strategies to drive performance, revenue, and review.
