The Opportunity As a Tax Innovation User Experience professional, you will engage in creating user-centric designs that enhance the effectiveness and enjoyment of products and services. Within our Tax practice, you will contribute to client engagements by gathering insights through user experience design research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC, you will be involved in shaping user experiences across various touchpoints, such as websites and mobile apps, with a focus on usability and emotional engagement. You will participate in industry trend analysis to make projections for the future and benchmark against others in the industry. Your work will involve understanding and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience, while also exploring emerging technologies that have the potential to disrupt industries and create new opportunities. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
  • Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements.

  • Conducting user experience (UX) design research to gather insights and improve product usability
