About The Position

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities. As a Tax Innovation Product Management Associate, you will engage in the dynamic world of software and product innovation, focusing on product management within our Tax practice. This role involves managing and analyzing interactions with past, current, and potential clients, while also identifying market trends and developing pricing strategies. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role, you will participate in project tasks, engage in research, and develop basic skills and knowledge. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity and using these challenges as opportunities for growth. Within our Tax practice, you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and consistently delivering quality work. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while also interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
  • Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for tax innovation initiatives
  • Engaging in market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product development and enhancement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Assisting in the creation and management of product lifecycle processes, including ideation, development, and launch
  • Utilizing agile methodology to facilitate iterative product development and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to the preparation of business cases and pricing strategies to drive profitable growth
  • Participating in the digitization of product offerings to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
  • Developing user guides and documentation to support product adoption and customer education
  • Monitoring market trends and customer feedback to inform product vision and strategic planning
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support customer relationship management and satisfaction initiatives
