The Opportunity Reporting to the SME Product Manager, the Tax Form Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining Canopy's Tax Resolution and Tax Organizer products. You’ll collaborate and work cross-functionally with subject-matter experts, Product, and Engineering to work through any enhancements or bugs reported by customers, respond to government updates, and ensure a seamless and delightful user experience. This is a part-time position (10-25 hours/week) and is fully remote (candidates must be based in UT). Firms use Canopy’s Tax Resolution product to save time and money, by helping them manage and resolve their clients' tax issues with the IRS and state revenue agencies. Filling out pages of forms is a tedious task that Canopy makes a breeze. Canopy takes the client information and fills out the required forms automatically. This role will ensure the forms contain accurate content and are populating correctly.
