Requirements

• 4-year degree required
• Eligibility to obtain CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent required
• One (1) year of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services required
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
• Microsoft Suite skills

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, HNW and Ultra-HNW individuals and corporations ranging from small to middle market.
• Participate in tax research projects on a variety of tax issues.
• Draft IRS responses and address other tax authority inquiries.
• Develop recommendations for clients and strategize with leadership.
• Communicate and team with specialty tax practices on complex tax matters in state and local, international, research and development, and credits and incentives.
• Learn and grow from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
• Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs.
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
