You'll have broad visibility, significant autonomy, and a clear voice in how the practice evolves. Requirements

10+ years of progressive tax experience across multiple entity types
Proven success in a leadership or senior management role within public accounting
Strong technical command of tax law with a proactive, strategic mindset
Ability to build and maintain high-trust client relationships
Experience developing and mentoring accounting professionals
CPA required (or equivalent advanced credentials)

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior advisor to clients across a diverse portfolio including individuals, closely held businesses, trusts, and nonprofits
Provide forward-looking tax strategies that support growth, succession, and long-term planning
Navigate complex tax matters with confidence and creativity
Oversee tax engagement quality, ensuring consistency and technical excellence
Establish best practices and improve workflows as the firm scales
Partner with leadership on firm-wide initiatives and growth strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals at varying levels
Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
Act as a resource for complex technical questions and professional growth
Play a key role in building out the North Conway office
Strengthen client relationships and support expansion in the region
Contribute to the firm's reputation as a trusted advisory partner
