Requirements

• Experience negotiating with customers
• Prior experience in collections, including taking legal action

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to do your part in a team environment
• Research information to find answer to questions
• Data entry skills
• Must successfully pass a criminal history check
• Able to work in office at least one day per week, or as needed
