About The Position

This role is for a Tax Associate Attorney. The recruiter is seeking to connect with individuals who may be open to exploring new opportunities within law firms. The recruiter works with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, as well as small, midsize, regional, and boutique firms. Experience in corporate and partnership taxation, M&A and private equity tax, federal income tax planning, international tax matters, and tax structuring and transactional support is relevant. The next move could offer more complex tax planning and transactions, greater collaboration with sophisticated corporate practices, competitive compensation and bonus potential, stronger mentorship and technical development, and improved advancement opportunities and flexibility.
