As a Tax and Accounting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-level tax planning and guidance while mentoring team members and building long-term client relationships. What You'll Do As a senior member of our tax team, you'll take the lead on complex tax engagements while developing others and shaping the client experience. You will: Prepare and review federal and state returns for individuals and business entities including S-Corps, C-Corps, and Partnerships Provide strategic, year-round tax planning and advisory Review work prepared by junior team members and offer mentorship and training Conduct technical tax research and ensure accurate compliance Perform closing journal entries, accounting cleanup, and QuickBooks reviews Lead virtual client meetings to discuss financials, projections, and tax strategy Who You Are You are a confident tax expert with strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a collaborative spirit. Requirements

  • 10 or more successful tax seasons preparing both individual and business returns
  • 2 or more years reviewing and coaching staff in a public accounting environment
  • Strong knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and advisory best practices
  • Experience with QuickBooks (UltraTax familiarity is a plus)
