Management Accounting is a growing Brunswick accounting firm serving individuals and businesses through the ABCs of accounting: Advisory, Bookkeeping, and Compliance. We are seeking an experienced part-time CPA or Enrolled Agent to manage tax engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to individual and business clients. Requirements
- CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred; CPA candidates encouraged to apply
- 3+ years of public accounting and tax preparation experience preferred
- Strong technical tax knowledge and tax software proficiency
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive, self-motivated professional who values teamwork, professionalism, and humor
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns
- Ensure federal and state compliance and meet tax deadlines
- Communicate with clients and manage client relationships
- Identify tax planning, advisory, and process improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
