About The Position

The Taskforce/General Manager - Bench role at RAINMAKER TEAM LLC is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. Requirements

Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
Proficiency in hotel management software systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Multilingual skills are a plus
