Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations, the Task Team Outfitter is responsible for executing visual merchandising plans, planograms, and flyer/ad sets on the sales floor. This role involves supporting visual merchandising for assigned areas, including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and preparing and setting up merchandise for ads. The Outfitter will also perform resets for assigned departments when required, assist with merchandise purges, and carry out replenishment tasks such as filling, folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, hanging, and locating items. Additionally, the position requires assisting customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the Sales floor during store open hours, and performing other duties as assigned by management.
