About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Task Manager to support our customer onsite in McLean, VA. This role involves supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level. The Task Manager will receive tasking via multiple vehicles and systems, process and route staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems, and coordinate actions with the proper elements within the customer space, across the IC, and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities. Additionally, the role includes preparing training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization, and preparing daybook requirements for the following business day, which includes Daily Binder Preparation, Material Organization and Formatting, Component Coordination, Electronic Daybook Management, Inbox Management, Share drive Maintenance, Tasking Reminder Management, Material Review and Editing, Front Office Coordination, and Weekly Task Management.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm shift
  • TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is Requires
  • Requires a BS/BA with 5+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience
  • Experience in supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
  • Experience in receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
  • Experience in processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
  • Experience in coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
