About The Position

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and customer service focused Task Force General Manager to join our team. This individual will act as the General Manager for vacated or training positions as needed, and will be based out of our Central office in St. Louis, Missouri or one of our hotel properties while not stationed at a particular property. The Task Force General Manager will oversee all departments of the hotel they are stationed at, ensuring their efficient and effective operation while at the same time providing exceptional customer service to every guest.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of hotel manager experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to travel 50-70% of the time with little notice
  • Extremely strong leadership skills
  • Must have IHG, Marriott and/or Hilton experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for efficient and profitable operation of the hotel
  • Coach employees and develop employees for future management roles
  • Be an engaging leader who is highly inclusive, inspiring and able to relate to all levels of talent
  • Ability to comprehend and utilize profit loss statements
  • Manage day to day operations of the hotel including but not limited to: Front and back office systems, Payroll, Interviewing, hiring and training, Revenue management, Budgeting and forecasting
  • Work on projects/SOPs/training assigned by Midas Central Operations
