About The Position

Targeting Officers are responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. That narrative, incorporating highly complex and specialized multi-INT information, must be communicated regularly to a wide audience of stakeholders, in written form and verbally in both formal and ad-hoc briefings. Throughout this process, Targeting Officers must be able to identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address those gaps.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination.
• Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in high stress environments.
• Experience with targeting tools, databases, all source targeting methodologies, and different intel sources.
• Able to manage taskings and maintain information flow across multiple organizations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with real ID.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, often under high stress.
• Ability to think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately, clearly, and in the proper context of a larger effort.

Nice To Haves

• Candidates with a Master's degree are highly desirable with 2 to 6 years experience.

Responsibilities
