About The Position
Leidos is seeking skilled and dedicated professionals for a long-term Intelligence Program in Northern Virginia called Beacon. We are actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to provide guidance on intelligence collection and direct the dissemination of key information. Work will be performed at client sites in Northern Virginia. Leidos is looking for individuals who are proactive and driven, not followers, who can disrupt, provoke, and refuse to fail.
Requirements
- Possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted for a degree)
- Experience related to intelligence reporting and requirements work
- Ability to plan and organize tasks independently
- Exercise sound operational judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on intelligence collection
- Direct the dissemination of key information
- Demonstrate proficiency in the functions of a Reports Officer
- Address reporting gaps by developing and implementing solutions
